Well what we don’t do is sit round in a circle and bare our souls to the group. So if that is what you imagined, its not that, really more about just sharing the day to day issues of real life. Talk, don’t talk your choice, plenty do, or just listen, enjoy the coffee and eat the biscuits, no pressure.
